The Bellagio

"Myra..." she stammered slurringly, her eyes unfocused as she slumped over nearly falling into Almyra's body.

Hitting a great run, Daniel won again, blackjacking on third card and raising his chip count to 20k.

Almyra caught her, then stroked her hair lovingly. "Yes, Myra. I told you I'd be here if you needed me."

"Ohh Myra.." she sobbed breaking down into sobbing cries yet again.

"I am spent." Halayin tossed a hundred to the dealer. "Cause you're cute." He got up and grabbed the attention of a passing waiter. "Hey order me the best steak this place has, medium rare, and bring it to me in the bar, will ya?"

The waiter would nod, even as the dealer pocketed the hundred dollar chip marker into the tips case. The entire point being to keep gamblers on the floor, the casino definitely didn't want to let him leave with over twelve thousand of their dollars.

Almyra held her, patting her back, whispering meaningless platitudes to help calm her.

She cried into Almyra's shoulder sobbing. Security was getting annoyed again, the amount of noise she was making, she was being a distubrance to other peoples enjoyment.

"Hey, let's get some fresh air and you can tell me all about it, okay?" While she was loathe to part too much from Daniel, she had her own needs to fulfill. And fulfill them she would.

Halayin waited for his steak. He would let them sweat wether or not he would return tonight or not, while he enjoyed the dead cow.

The steak would quickly be presented to him at the bar despite the fact they tended not to serve actual meals at the bar itself.

The girl would stand unsteadily, wobbling drunkenly as she leaned heavily into Almyra, her weight threatening to collapse Almyra underneath her own stumbling drunk form.

She glanced to 'Daniel' as she passed by, stumbling a little herself as she led the girl out.

The girl was sobbing into Almyra's shoulder as they made their way towards one of the exits towards the hotel, stumbling and nearly forcing Almyra into a set of slots and a game table twice as they made their way through the maze of the casino.

Daniel watched the two stagger out. "Hope you know what your doing." He muttered and enjoyed his steak, before heading back to the tables, craps sounded good.

Once outside, Almyra took her along the sidewalk, not planning to go too far. "Okay, deep breaths..." She did her best to try and keep hold of the woman in a way that she wouldn't get puked on.

She continued to sob and try and brace herself, failing as each breath was taken through shuddering sobs as she tried to brace herself. The path they were taking was the guest patios towards the pool, and now that they were off the casino floor they had been left mostly to their own devices.

Almyra helped her to a place that they could both sit down, and where it would be easier to hold the woman. "Come now... Deep breaths..."

She would finally stop crying. "Whosh you?" She asked sitting on that bench overlooking the high priced garden surrounding a coy pond.

"A friend," she said softly. "I'm Myra, remember?"

She would shake her head. "Why didsh they do it?" She asked sleepily, obviously about to pass out, the cool air doing little to sober her and more to make her sleepy.

"Why did they do what, sweetie?"

"th.. they... stolee... it...all." She cried again her voice turning shrill.

"Okay, keep cool... Who stole it?"

"J-j-jake!" the stuttered name sending her into a new set of hysterics, this one only kept even moderately less severe by the fact shed begun to pass out.

"Hey now, none of that." She held the woman close. Seducing was so much easier, but there was not much of doing that here. "I'm new to this town. Where can we get some coffee, do you know?"

She would shake her head slumping down into ALmyra obviously fading fast.
