Character Creation Synopsis
Celestials begin with 9 Forces
Undead and Soldiers begin with 6
Mundanes begin with 5
Each force allocated to a category allows 4 points to be distributed between the characteristics of the force (Strength and Agility for Coporeal, etc)
Characters begin with 4x total forces in Character Points to allocate amongst resources of Vessels, Roles, Skills, Songs, Servitors and Artifacts.
Cost for vessels, roles, and artifacts vary.
All Celestials MUST have at least 1 vessel to operate on Earth (except for Kyriotites or Shedites).
Humans do not buy vessels.
